I’m Janet Harrison and I’m seeking election to become your Labour Councillor for Ainsdale Ward.

I was honoured to have stood for election last May, coming within only 34 votes of victory. We came so close to winning last year and I know that together, we can be the difference.

Since the election, myself and the Ainsdale Labour A-Team have spoken to so many of you, and to those of you who wanted a Labour Councillor, who simply didn’t think we could win. To all of you, we need your votes on May 4th, to help us get rid of
the Tories, and tell Rishi Sunak that his Government’s time is up! Only YOU can do this!

Since last May, Ainsdale has witnessed the demise and political infighting of the local Conservative Party. I am the only candidate in this election that can get things done and stand up for Ainsdale!

I will work with our Labour-led Council to invest more money into transformative and regenerative projects in Ainsdale. Refurbishing the Sands, The Toad Hall, Sandbrook Way and so much more!
